A major update of the Android app, Diver-App, has been released on December 11, 2024. The new update (version 2.3.5), now available on Google Play, has significant improvements in the communication with the Diver-Mate to enhance the user experience. The Diver-App allows you to wirelessly connect to Van Essen Instruments Diver dataloggers from your phone or tablet via Bluetooth and the Diver-Mate.
With this update, Diver-App users can look forward to:
- Targets Android 14 (API level 34) or higher, so that the Diver-App can be installed on the latest Android devices.
- Improved Bluetooth communication for increased stability of the Diver-App.
- Other bug fixes and stability improvements.
To experience the latest version of the Diver-App, Android users can update the app via Google Play or you can download it directly . This version of the Diver-App requires Diver-Mate firmware version 4.09 or higher.
